Hey there! If you like what Marcus Buckingham has to say about strengths — go a step further — and take a look at Jenifer Fox’s book, “Your Child’s Strengths.” She is an educator and visionary destined to change the way we teach our kids. This is a must-read!!! And, Marcus endorses her book in the foreword.
I agree with Fran. It is a great book. I heard Ms. Fox speak in Boulder and was so impressed. She really knows what she's talking about with regard to encouraging our kids through their strengths, rather than emphasizing their weaknesses! Get this book.
